Job Requirements
We are looking for an Operation Manager- Automotive to take care of our LG & TVS, TATA, Mahindra showrooms & day to day operation.
Responsibilities and duties for this position shall include, but not be limited to, the following areas and activities:
• Responsible for organizing daily activities for the Automotive Administration and ERS Payments teams.
• Coordinate and administer the Service Provider incentive plan and payments.
• Analyzes performance data, financial data, and activity reports to measure productivity and guide operational strategies with a focus on Quality Assurance (QA) and key performance indicator (KPI) delivery.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the success of daily operations by calling out areas for improvement.
• Responsible for determining models and assessing performance metrics to improve processes and ensure accountability to scorecards.
• Conduct research and develop well-presented recommendations to influence tactics and priorities.
• Operate as a trusted Automotive and Member Services partner for department activities, such as developing process improvements, system enhancements, input to annual budgets and adherence to financials.
• Oversee improvements to supplier billing and payment activities.
• Contribute to a positive team dynamic through respectful interactions, positive contributions, and active collaboration to achieve department and organizational goals.
• Responsible for developing people, improving processes, reducing costs, monitoring quality, delivering results against established objectives, and ensuring a high level of service to internal and external customers.
• Manage assigned employees training, coaching, developing, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning monitoring, appraising, and reviewing employee job contributions; maintaining compensation, resolving problems, and implementing change
